Ubuntu 13.04: Preparing for the future – Canonical today launched the 13.04 version of its popular Ubuntu Linux distribution. Raring Ringtail offers little new for users, but much work has been done under the bodywork to allow the operating system to be faster and more efficient, especially on poorly performing systems.
